Order / Booking Cancellation

  • Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing an order or booking a session.

  • After 24 hours, orders become non-refundable, as processing and preparation begin immediately.

  • If we cancel or reschedule a service due to unavoidable reasons, you will receive either:

    • A full refund, or

    • A free reschedule to the next available slot.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment

  • Payment deducted but service/product not delivered

  • Order cancelled within the allowed cancellation period

Non-Refundable Items

  • Digital downloads

  • Completed consultation sessions

  • Delivered products in good condition

  • Offers, discounts, or promotional purchases

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
